Store, print and save

Capitalize on the included Document Server capabilities to store frequently used documents - such as forms and letterhead - directly onto the hard drive for simple access and ease of distribution. Use print-on-demand to put an end to the expense and hassle of printing and storing outdated documents.

Align your environmental commitment

Accomplish your everyday tasks without compromising your green commitment. The MP 7502 uses thinner resins and is made from steel sheets manufactured from 100%-recycled steel scrap, which helps to reduce materials needed. It also features an EPEAT® Silver rating, is ENERGY STAR® certified, and has a low Typical Electricity Consumption (TEC) value (as determined by ENERGY STAR program testing requirements). You can also reduce paper consumption via automatic duplexing, and our consumable and product recycling programs make it easy to recycle.

Remote administration

Save time using integrated scalable administrative controls. The Web SmartDeviceMonitor lets you use any web browser to configure and diagnose network devices remotely. Our easy-to-use @Remote software automates service calls and simplifies the collection of critical device data. Administrators can receive email alerts to ensure that devices are replenished with supplies promptly - minimizing downtime.
